Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ShortSaucy, a product operated by Simply Sauce Designs. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and maintaining appropriate control over users who access your workspaces. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where prohibited by law.

Permitted use

You may use ShortSaucy for lawful business, professional, organizational, and personal purposes consistent with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited use

You may not use ShortSaucy to facilitate unlawful activity, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, impersonation, harmful abuse, unauthorized access, or other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict links, workspaces, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, or the service.

Plans, recurring billing, and renewal

ShortSaucy offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the price and monthly or annual interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. Pricing, plan limits, and features are displayed before purchase and may vary by plan.

Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Unless otherwise shown during a plan change, downgrades take effect at the next renewal and upgrades may take effect immediately with the applicable prorated charge or credit displayed before confirmation. Canceling does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

Your content and links

You retain responsibility for the destinations, content, campaigns, branding, and materials you configure through ShortSaucy. You grant ShortSaucy the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, scan, and otherwise handle that information solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and operate the service.

Link Pages and uploaded media

You retain ownership of your content. You must have permission to use the images, logos, text and destinations you publish. Publishing makes your page available to anyone with its address. Unpublishing prevents new delivery through ShortSaucy but cannot recall copies, screenshots or third-party caches. Uploaded image addresses can be accessible separately from the page; do not upload confidential or sensitive material. You authorize us to resize and optimize images and create thumbnails to operate the service. Keep your own copies of original material.

Page allowances and plan changes

Published pages, additional drafts, image storage and available analytics history depend on your plan. The current allowances appear on our pricing and Billing pages. Editing an existing published page does not use an additional draft slot. A page sharing link uses the managed-link allowance; custom page domains use the existing domain allowance. Linking to an external shop, booking tool or signup service does not make ShortSaucy the provider of that service.

When an allowance is full, the corresponding creation, additional publishing or upload action may be paused. Exceeding these page allowances does not by itself delete saved content or unpublish existing pages. A downgrade can restore ShortSaucy branding and reduce the history available in reports. You can review usage and reduce it or upgrade. Abuse, security, account closure and other restrictions remain subject to these Terms. Changes to paid plan terms will be communicated where required.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep ShortSaucy reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may evolve, and we may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes that require customer action will be communicated where appropriate.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, legal compliance, or material violations of these Terms. Customers may close their accounts subject to applicable account, billing, retention, and legal requirements.

Disclaimers and limitation

ShortSaucy is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Sauce Designs disclaims implied warranties not expressly provided and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
