Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ShortSaucy, a product operated by Simply Sauce Designs. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and maintaining appropriate control over users who access your workspaces. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where prohibited by law.

Permitted use

You may use ShortSaucy for lawful business, professional, organizational, and personal purposes consistent with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited use

You may not use ShortSaucy to facilitate unlawful activity, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, impersonation, harmful abuse, unauthorized access, or other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict links, workspaces, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, or the service.

Plans, recurring billing, and renewal

ShortSaucy offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the price and monthly or annual interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. Pricing, plan limits, and features are displayed before purchase and may vary by plan.

Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Unless otherwise shown during a plan change, downgrades take effect at the next renewal and upgrades may take effect immediately with the applicable prorated charge or credit displayed before confirmation. Canceling does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

Your content and links

You retain responsibility for the destinations, content, campaigns, branding, and materials you configure through ShortSaucy. You grant ShortSaucy the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, scan, and otherwise handle that information solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and operate the service.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep ShortSaucy reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may evolve, and we may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes that require customer action will be communicated where appropriate.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, legal compliance, or material violations of these Terms. Customers may close their accounts subject to applicable account, billing, retention, and legal requirements.

Disclaimers and limitation

ShortSaucy is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Sauce Designs disclaims implied warranties not expressly provided and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
